played badminton for abt 3 hr.. gosh.. dead tired already..
but tts nt e end yet k.. went gym wib sharon n pris..
till arb 7.. goodness.. my whole body is aching man..

after e gym went j8 wib pris.. accompany her to hab her dinner 1st..
